We have all learned a great deal more about connecting on digital platforms than we ever imagined we would. Yet, do we know how to ensure that the content, connection and delivery will support accessibility for clients and staff? Whether you are planning a "virtual" meeting, providing distance learning/instruction, enabling telehealth services, or supporting work, you need to ensure the platform, content and delivery methods are all accessible. This panel of experienced practitioners and leaders will provide valuable information and insights regarding website accessibility, assessing learning management systems and delivery platforms, and choosing methods for conducting training and sharing content.

Prior to joining ATIA, Mr. Dikter worked in technology startups and spent 15 years working in public education as a teacher of students with disabilities and technology leader, training and promoting educational and assistive technologies.

Mr. Erickson is the Accessibility Services Manager at Ablr 360 whose focus is accessibility and inclusion. One of Ablr 360's parent companies is LCI, one of the largest employers of those who are blind or visually impaired in the world. He has over 10 years of experience specializing in digital accessibility with web, mobile design and build as well as accessible documents, in both the public and private sectors. He lives in Richmond, Virginia, where most recently he served as an accessibility consultant at Level Access, providing accessibility guidance, testing, execution, and training. Prior to his time at Level Access, he worked for the Virginia Department of Education focused on accessibility and training of staff throughout the state. He also worked for the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services helping solve clients' performance and usability challenges from start to finish. He holds a degree in computer science and multiple certifications including as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Miami Lighthouse annually transforms the lives of over 90,000 blind and visually impaired people, from babies to seniors and their families. In fiscal year 2019, there were 25,000 enrolled program participants - 55 times more than in 2004 prior to becoming President and CEO. Virginia has expanded services to include Adult Basic Education, providing GED preparation and English as a Second Language instruction, a low vision center for seniors and programs in music production and sound engineering. She founded the Lighthouse Learning Center for Children which is currently undergoing a $9 million expansion. Once completed in August of 2021, the facility will have grown during her tenure from 30,000 to 143,000 square feet. Virginia has become a national thought leader in website accessibility gaining national attention from media giants like TIME, Wall Street Journal, Forbes and Politico and continues to work with Presidential candidates' digital teams advising them on website accessibility. She developed an accessibility score card used for auditing websites in numerous industries.

Mr. Rosensweig is currently the Director of Accessibility for TCS Access in Silver Spring, MD where he has been working for 11 years. His work in the Assistive Technology (AT) field spans over 30 years where he has been engaged with end users, their employers, educators and significant others in what he refers to as the "last mile" of accessibility. The "last mile" referring to the effort required in its totality to ensure an individual can perform their work, school or personal tasks using technology and non-technology strategies. He has provided managed and direct accessibility services in employment, education and home settings for persons with wide ranging disabilities including low vision, blind, motor challenges, neurodiversity, deaf, hard of hearing and deaf-blind with a focus on digital accessibility. Services include assessment, accessibility testing, installation and configuration of AT and IT, training one on one and in groups and technical support. He has co-developed workshops on accessible document creation and remediation and web accessibility (Desktop and Mobile) per WCAG 2.0.
