Dianne Chipps Bailey is a Managing Director and the National Practice Executive for the National Consulting and Advisory Practice, Nonprofit Consulting Services team at U.S. Trust. In this role, Dianne and her team deliver customized consulting and advisory services to U.S. Trust institutional nonprofit clients' boards of directors, investment committees and senior professional leaders. Previously as an attorney, Dianne's practice was dedicated to the representation of tax‐exempt organizations, their senior management and volunteer leaders. She advised a diverse group of nonprofits in all aspects of their organization, administration and management. Her clients included colleges and universities, museums, human service organizations, sports philanthropists, health care affiliate and conversion foundations, corporate and community foundations, private foundations and donor‐advised fund holders, churches and other religious organizations, national fraternities and sororities, business leagues, trade organizations, as well as a myriad of start‐up and grassroots charities. In addition, Dianne regularly was engaged as an expert witness in state and federal litigation matters, providing strategic counsel and trial testimony.
William "Bill" Jarvis is a Managing Director with Bank of America's Philanthropic Solutions and Institutional Investment Group. Experienced with investment policy and governance for endowed nonprofit organizations, he is responsible for strategic thought leadership with institutional and private philanthropic clients. Bill is a financial services executive and attorney who brings 35 years of experience to this role. He joined Bank of America in 2017 from Commonfund, where he led that firm's educational, research, and professional development activities, serving as Commonfund Institute's Head of Research for over ten years. Bill holds a B.A. in English Literature from Yale University, a J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law, and an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
