Where do I go to attend the live sessions?

Nearly all live sessions are streamed on their session page of the conference site. Just go to the "Sessions" tab then click on the session you want to attend. During the scheduled time, a video screen will appear on the page that will allow you to view speakers, download slides, type in chat, and ask questions. You must click "Watch Live" and unmute for the video to display.  Live speaker sit-downs and Q&A session will be available via zoom after each session has concluded. The link will be posted in the chat for those that want to participate. For the few events, such as nightly networking events that are not streamed to the platform, a link to join will be available on the day of the event underneath the session description. Please make sure to be logged in to view the Zoom link for participation.

Join us this fall for the Executive Leadership Conference held entirely virtual this year. More than just another virtual conference, the ELC is a social networking conference to connect attendees through our attendee profiles, matchmaking features, and the ability to view and meet with other attendees seamlessly within the conference site.

We will have several sessions in the open space technology format of the Atlanta fall conference last year. These open discussions will allow attendees to drive the conversation with their own voices and set the agenda for the session.

Each evening, we will have a networking opportunity for attendees to unwind from their days, celebrate together, and have some fun. Networking events include virtual happy hours, trivia night, virtual Dine Around, coffee breaks, and more.

Those purchasing multiple tickets or transferring their registration from the CEO Summit will be eligible for a discounted rate for additional tickets. 

Our opening session will be Sunday night, November 1st, with an exciting kickoff. We have inspiring speakers, topics, and leaders joining us for daily sessions Monday, November 2nd through Thursday the 5th. We will host the VisionServe Alliance annual meeting on Thursday, November 5th, at 2 pm ET.

How is the ELC different?

The Executive Leadership Conference (ELC) is more than just another series of webinars strung together over a week. This conference utilizes social networking features that will allow attendees to connect with one another virtually and seamlessly all in a single platform. Each attendee will create a profile with their bio, links, and interests when registering. The site will match attendees who have similar interests together to help connect effectively during the conference. Attendees will have the option of being able to share digital business cards with one another as well as set up 1 to 1 video and chat calls with each other without leaving the conference web page. Attendees can view each other available times to meet and set up appointments with one another on the conference page before, during, or after sessions of the conference. More than just a way to learn, VisionServe Alliance is creating a way to connect with one another without the clutter of going back and forth on emails and phone calls. 

Did you miss a session or were too busy during a portion of the conference? Never miss out at the ELC social networking conference. Watch on-demand sessions up to 60 days after the event. Want to connect with attendees after the conference? Registrants can send virtual business cards to one another which will allow you to connect outside of the leadership conference platform.  Want to connect with one of our exhibitors or sponsors? Set up a 1 to 1 meeting, chat live with sponsor reps, and share your business card with sponsor staff for post-conference follow-up. 

There will be short demo videos available to show you how to set up your profile and connect with other attendees easily and seamlessly during the conference available closer to the event.
